Perhaps the only thing sadder than a prosperous developer taking advantage of a marginalized and vulnerable group, under the guise of promoting local artists (in an attempt to acquire social credit in a neighbourhood vehemently opposed to said development), is hearing members of the marginalized say, “Thank you.”
